📦 Free Domestic Shipping

Great news! We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, regardless of the order amount or the items in your cart. There is no minimum purchase required—just pick out what you love, and we’ll take care of the rest!

🚚 Our Trusted Carriers

To ensure your package arrives safely and on time, we partner with two of the most reliable carriers in the industry: DHL and UPS. Both options provide excellent tracking updates and dependable delivery services right to your doorstep.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days​ for our team to carefully pick, pack, and ship your items. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

⚠️ Potential Carrier Delays

While DHL and UPS are incredibly efficient, please understand that once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Both DHL and UPS are currently experiencing occasional service delays in certain areas due to high volume and unforeseen logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your delivery takes a little longer than expected.

📍 Address Accuracy & Package Safety

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We also highly recommend shipping to a secure location where the package won’t be exposed to theft.

Please note:Kobava is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, if you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at hello@kobava.com, and we will happily assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
